When you submit an enquiry form we collect the name, phone number, email address, company name and enquiry details you provide. We collect this only because you choose to send it to us.

How we use it
We use your enquiry details to respond to you, to understand your requirement, and where relevant to approach lenders, leasing companies or other financial institutions on your behalf. We will not approach any institution on your behalf without your knowledge.

Sharing with financial institutions
Roxn is a facilitation partner. To arrange a lease or a loan we may need to share the information you give us with banks, housing finance companies, non-banking financial companies or leasing companies. We will tell you which institutions we intend to approach before we do so. Once information is shared with an institution, their own privacy policy also applies to it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal or regulatory obligations. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to retain it, we will.
